The newly appointed Ethiopian U-20 coach Girma Habteyohannis calls up 38 players for the African U-20 Nations Cup qualifier first round encounter against Somalia.
The football governing body of Ethiopia, The Ethiopian Football Federation, has named Girma as the new coach of the U-20 side this week only. Sebeta Ketema’s assistant coach Sisay Abraham and Dedebit’s goalkeeper coach Tsegazeab Asegedom have been chosen to assist Girma in the U-20 national side.
Adama Ketema striker Bulcha Sura, Ethiopia Bunna midfielder Eyasu Tamiru, Electric custodian Asegid Aklilu and Wolaitta Dicha defender Fetudin Jemal are among the notable names that are summoned to the provisional squad.
The national team set to star training on Friday residing on Ethiopia Hotel whilst players who involve in the Ethiopian Higher League action this weekend will be joining camp next week.
