Ethiopia Nigd Bank are crowned Ethiopian Premier league champions for the very first time in history in their maiden season back in top flight football.
Nerves were high as the both Mechal and Ethiopia Nigd Bank mathematicaly have a chance of wining their maiden premier league title, with the two sides playing at the same time in different venues.
Ethiopia Nigd Bank face off with Ethiopia Medhin backed by their huge fan turnout at the Hawassa University stadium in the attendance of Ethiopian football federation president Mr. Esayas Jira and Ethiopia Nigd Bank’s President Abi Sano while Mechal were also playing infront their huge crowd against Dire Dawa Ketema at the old Hawassa Stadium.

Also As the season concludes today the Eritrean import Ali Sulieman tops the scoring chart with 20 goals.
