Nonetheless, Salahdin brought joy to the table toppers with his two astounding goals to take Kidus Giorgis closer to the title. Crowd troubles continued in the Premier League as angry Hossana fans clashed with security force.
Ethiopia Bunna were the dominant force when they trashed Dedebit 3-0 in Addis Ababa. Sadik Secho bagged a hat-trick to lift Bunna over uninspired Dedebit side. Hawassa Ketema were too strong to handle for Mekelakeya as they doom the Army side 2-0. Mujib Kassim and Firdaweke Sisay scored the goals for the two times Premier League champions in an enticing encounter.
Dashen Bira stunned Adama Ketema in Gondar. Nigerian striker Mohammed Sherif Deen successfully converted a second half penalty for the home side as they overcome Adama.
Diredawa Ketema and Wolaitta Dicha settled for a barren draw. Dicha were involved in five straight league draws without scoring any goals.
Sidama Bunna and Ethiopia Nigd Bank played out a one all draw in Yirgalem. Kenyan forward Erick Murana slots home to give Sidama the lead but Tok James restored parity 11 minutes from time.
