Woldia edge Ethiopia Bunna 1-0 in the last week 9 game of the topflight league at Melka Qolle. The Wollo club played their last game at Melka Qolle before moving to the newly built 25,000 seater Mohammed Hussien Ali Al-Amoudi Stadium next week.
Bedru Nurhussien first minute strike was enough for Woldia to register their second win of the season. Ethiopia Bunna were fresh from their Sheger Derby triumph but performed below par. The Addis Ababa outfit tried to level matters in the second half, although their efforts were futile.
Woldia exceeded Ethiopia Bunna in the log table thanks to a superior goal difference. Woldia occupies 9th as Ethiopia Bunna are 10th with similar 10 points.
