Saladin Said sign a new two-year contract extension with Horsemen

Salhadin Seid has signed a new two‑year contract at Kidus Giorgis.

Saladin who returned home in mid-season 2015/16 after spells in Belgium (Lierse SK), Algeria (MC Algers) and in Egypt (Al Ahly& Wadi Degla) joining his former side Kidus Giorgis where he priorly represented for 3 seasons.

After his move back home, In the 2016/17 season saw him score 7 goals as Kidus Giorgis made their maiden journey in the CAF Champions League group stages.

But in the past two seasons, he has been struggling with a knee ligament injury which sidelined him for much of the previous two seasons however he still proves to be the difference when he is on the pitch netting 5 goals last season.

As Soccer Ethiopia understands currently the veteran forward has fully recovered from his injury and is currently back to full training with the squad in Bishoftu And also Mehari Mena is back to training after 8 months of injury woe.

Sala’s commitment to the club for the coming two seasons remains a delight to Kidus Giorgis ’s supporters and he is expected to be driven by returning the serial champions to where they belong.

The club also confirmed today that they have landed the Ivorian international forward Zabo Teguy Dani from Asante Kotoko S.c on a one year deal to boost the striking force.

Sebeta Ketema sign two shoot stoppers

Adama Ketema has landed Micheal George, Haile Eshetu, Dereje Alemu, Tesfaye Negash, and Belay Abayneh yesterday after a very quiet few weeks in office.

Adama, at the start of the summer transfer window, has previously agreed to add forwards to their squad but due to some issues players were been hijacked from them but eventually went on to sign two forwards with Micheal Jorge, Haile Eshetu all making their moves from AWWC and Wolita Dicha.

Both forwards have previously worked with Ashenafi the earlier working with for three seasons where he has been deployed in different roles and also Haile has worked the previous season at Wolita Dicha. the goalkeeper Dereje Alemu is also on his way to Adama from Wolita Dicha.

Salifou Fofana extended his stay in Shire

Salifou Fofana joined Sehul Shire last season in the winter transfer window and went on to score 11 goals playing an immense role in the revival of Sehule Shire eventually leading them to survival in the premier league.

Fofana penned a contract extension with Shire which would keep him at Shire till the end of the coming season.

Ethiopia Bunna sign three new players

Ethiopia Bunna under a new horizon has added two exciting prospects to their new looking side with Andargachew Yilake Alazar Shimeles and Redwan Nasser.

Diredawa Kenema who switched their preseason camp from Mekelle to Bishoftu has landed Diredawa Police trio after an impressive trial stint with them.

Kedir Ayub, Ferhan Seid, and Samuel Seid switched colors to Diredawa Kenema, and also the former Wolwalo A/U center forward Richomnd Adongo also joins the Eastern Ethiopia side and also club is expected to add few more players to their roster in the coming days.
